在我们的测试平台上见过但没玩过,我们那个是20nm分辨率的,找了点资料贴出来供参考!
1.System features
The RLE10 provides multiple feedback signal options, which can be user selected via switches located on the front panel.
Digital output* 633, 316, 158, 79, 39, 20 and 10nm resolution in RS422 format
Data rate 312.5KHz to 20MHz
Analog output 1Vpp sin/cos, for interpolation down to nanometer levels
Error detection Over speed Beam block Beam low

Compensated* +/-1ppm
Accuracy obtained using the Renishaw environmental compensation system.
3.Configuration options
The RLE10 system is a combination of two components, the RLU10 laser head and RLD10 detector head. These are available in different varieties to suit all your application needs.
The RLU10 is available in single or dual
axis format with 3mm beam diameters and
3m fiber length.
• RLD10s are available for use with plane
mirrors or retroreflectors.
• RLD10s can have either a 0° or 90° beam
exit path.
4.Laser parameters
