原来CP5611与wincc通讯正常，隔了半年多又重新开起来，结果在启动wincc时出现虾类错误对话信息：当打开程序时，在程序启动过程中，会弹出一个对话框，内容是：
the database of the CP 5x11 could not be opened.
for further information,refer to the SINE2.LOG file in the system.directory.
然后，我们按照提示在系统文件夹里找到了SINE2.LOG，打开此文件，里面有如下信息：
read eventlog (13bb70)--getbasterror:1717
 
No (valid) busparameter in the batabase of the CP5x11
event type:E      event  ID:03E2
日志是：
