to 祸从口出 , sorry. i am in office. let's see your case. If you have sporadic slave communication failure, most of the time it is caused by bad cabling, cable routing, connector etc. Did you change anything in the system before this happened like adding a new power cable for a motor. It can also happend due to heavy EMI from bad electrical/electronics components. One time we had a contactor with bad surge suppressor that led to comm failure. You can use BT200 to check the cable installation. But if it is EMI from some device, then it is tough to troubleshoot. You will have to try re-routing the cable etc. A bad slave can not be ruledout either. other there might be logical issues too. unlock no by siemens.

我用串口调试软件进行测试时，老是显示指令错误

请问下我该怎么发指令？？？

比如：我现在想读VB100的值：67 02 080064 05 47 ,我输入这样的值侯 反馈 指令错误！

       指教下我应该怎么输入指令？？？

 输入指令时 BCC码 这块我要怎么搞？

The DP station with the station number listed in the detailed information has failed (event 39C4) / is operational again (event 38C4).
Possible causes:

· The DP station was switched off/on.
To correct or avoid errors:
Check the status of the DP station.

The cable to the DP station was disconnected/connected.
To correct or avoid errors:
Check the cable to the DP station.

我做的一个系统出现了一些意想不到的问题，给剑工打了电话，谢谢他的解答。

 

我用3152DP与266ＣＮ通过ＥＭ２７７组成Profibus网络，遇到如下问题：

首先我在STEP-7中组态没有问题，277的拨址开关打到的位子也是对的，连接的电缆也是西门子的紫色电缆。

1.从站EM277的DX MODE灯不亮。

2.在STEP7中监控不了这个从站的数据。

3.曾经在step7 microwin 的PLC信息中找不到EM277,出现故障的时候能看到。

4.266是CN型的

5.更换226就好了

6.第二天277的DP ERROR灯亮

7.更换一块EM277，又好了

8.一个小时以后DP ERROR又亮

9.226与277中间有一块EM235模块，去掉235 ，直接连接266与277，又能正常通讯了

10.PLC与一台90KW的ABB变频器安装在同一个控制柜的。由于控制柜小，动力电缆，控制线，通讯线混装在一个线槽里面的。

11.PLC、变频器共地

12、换下来的277、226均是好的。

剑工提议从以下一个方面排查：

1．.把step 7 microwin 升级到SP6

2．更换226的电源（因为PLC与ＡＢＢ的变频器共用的是一个电源）

３．ｐｌｃ与变频器分开接地

４．动力电缆换成铠甲电缆

现在在从第一个问题排查

楼主，如何使用STEP 7和WINCC编辑一个模拟计算器的小程序，只需要实现基本的计算器功能（＋、－、×、/）

PLC为300的,338连直线绝对编码器实时位置采集,现在想把实时地位置信号转换成实时地速度信号,参与PID控制,有什么好得方法吗?

另外,400的PLC在407损坏时掉程序,想加一个MCC卡,应该用FLASH 卡吗?能给一个256K卡的型号吗
