我在用intouch做监控时，需要在viewer中锁定一些键，如ALT等，并按照手册上说的去做了，但没有任何作用。我的操作系统是windows 2000 server， intouch版本是7.0。 请高手指点，不胜感激。

InTouch 7.0版不支持Windows 2000, InTouch7.1,7.11支持Winodws 2000,带有Windows 2000版的键盘过滤程序。

Installing the KBDFILTER driver: 1. Copy the kbdfiltr.sys, kbdfiltr.ini and regini.exe into the C:Winnt\system32\drivers subdirectory. 2. Copy Keytrap.dll and Keytrap.wdf into the InTouch directory 3. Update the registry entries using the REGINI utility and the KBDFILTR.INI file. Type : C:\Winnt\system32\drivers> regini kbdfiltr.ini At this point all the software is installed and the system will need to be rebooted for the changes to take effect. 再用KeyTrapSet函数即可！

不过我要提醒你：当Intouch程序运行时，以外调电，重启时会出现找不到键盘的现象！

各位大侠，intouch7.1升级到10.0后，在导出字典时遇到一个窗口就停下来不动了，如何解决，多谢了
