Hi,
I have a problem with a MM440 drive,
It is a 3KW MM440 that is connected to a 3KW Motor,
the motor has to drive a rol, the rol has to tap against carpet. But the problem that we have occurs when de rol is not set against the carpet, it runs without resistance, then we have this:
When we start it must upramp to 50Hz, it goes above 50Hz (54) and then returns to 48Hz. It allready gave me the Alarm A0911. When stopping the drive, A0911 is continues active, it increases the rampdowntime, that's because the DClink in the drive is to high, or with other words, the motor generates.
What can we do ?
Use a braking resistor ?
Or when stopping, letting the motor free without ramp ?
