今天调试一设备，发现问题如下：
若同一时间有5个及以上电磁阀接通（输出加欧姆龙继电器隔离）ET200远程站就报警，然后PLC进入STOP模式。 比较迷茫，求助大虾们给点意见，不胜感激。

问题补充：补充一下：主站与远程站通讯正常。就是同时ET200从站输出比较多的时候报警（指的是5个及以上电磁阀，1、2、3、4个电磁阀同时输出不报错）。但若同时输出50多个指示灯正常。
