LonWorks节点可直接通过Ethernet以太网互连，无需任何转换设备。 无需i.LON以及其他外部LonWorks与TCP/IP的转换设备等，新一代高性能LonWorks节点，具有IP-852信道接口（LonMark IP Channel，FT-10,TP-1250),可通过以太网Ethernet/IP架构，直接连接所有LonWorks节点，实现了在以太网上多厂商LonWorks节点的互操作。 完全支持Echelon LNS网络操作系统，网络工具如LM4W等。
