囊泡谷氨酸转运体(VGLUTs)包括3个成员,VGLUT1、VGLUT2和VGLUT3。囊泡谷氨酸转运体(VGLUTs)的异常会导致兴奋性神经递质谷氨酸的异常,从而诱发多种神经系统疾病。
囊泡型谷氨酸转运蛋白1VGLUT1,又称BNPI和SLc17a7,zui初被鉴定为脑特异性磷酸转运蛋白。与相关的VGLUT-2一样,VGLUT-1对谷氨酸的摄取和储存既是必要的,也是充分的,因此构成了谷氨酸能表型的决定因素。这两种VGLUT都不同于血浆膜转运蛋白,因为它们是由跨囊泡膜的质子电化学梯度驱动的。
VGLUT 1和VGLUT 2呈现互补表达模式。总而言之,它们是目前谷氨酸能神经末梢和谷氨酸能突触的zui好标记物。
VGLUT 1 - 135 302,这个来自德国SySy的囊泡谷氨酸转运体1(抗体),特异性针对VGLUT1蛋白(经过敲除验证K.O),推荐作为谷氨酸能神经末梢的标记物。(使用说明:VGLUT 1在煮沸后聚集,因此建议对未煮沸的样品进行SDS-PAGE分析。)
