rslogix5000无法在线,故障无法清除，纳闷！！！！！！ 点击：2006 | 回复：7

我们现在用的rslogix5000，16版本的，无法在线，但是rsview32可以监控，rslinx运行正常。

在线时，到上传数据时，报故障，there was unspecified communications problem Rslogix5000 has been taken offine.

是不是硬件固件的版本比软件的版本要高啊？

不高，而且在cpu上用钥匙转动在run和program之间时，rslogix5000也显示转变。就是不能在线，我怀疑是不是加密了

观察一下PLC的指示灯都正常不，有没有报什么错误信息；其次就是RSLOGIX 5000的通信路径对不对；本地欲上线的程序和PLC中的程序有出入；

以下是ROCKWELL AUTOMATION KNOWLEDGEBASE为您作出的解答：

Problem: "Downloading" a ControlLogix project with one computer and attempting to "Upload" from another computer... the other computer may receive the following error message: "there was unspecified communications problem Rslogix5000 has been taken offine."

Cause: In this particular case, the problem was a result of an orphaned or invalid tag downloaded to the controller. The results reported Error: Name is invalid. Error: Failed to upload tags.

Workaround:

1.Save the program "as" .L5K format.
2.Then open the .L5K file back into RSLogix 5000 software to make a new .ACD file.
3.Download the newly constructed .ACD file and now it Uploads correctly.
4.Reschedule any ControlNet connections.

清空PLC内部程序,重新下载.我用西门子出现过这个问题.
