The main part of knitting slot machine is "neilsbed" and the quadrate neilsbed armor plate(needle plate) exists serried needle slots using to fix needles.Usually such neddle slot is milled one by one by milling machine controled manually with low efficiency and precision of milling slots.
therefor developing new easily operational neilsbed which can plot angles and mill slots automatically and accurately is necessary.

The main component of knitting slot machine is "neilsbed" and there are lots of minute needle slots used to place needles. Needle slot on the neilsbed armor plate is usually milled one by one by milling machine controlled manually. The result are low efficiency and precision of milling slots. Therefore, we must develop new special neilsbed machine, which can index and mill slots automatically with high precision and easy-to-use operation.
