问题描述：

打开SIMATIC Manager提示：Connot establish connection to the Automation License Manager Service.<0x0000274D>

    点击确定后提示：NO valid license key found. please install a valid license key.
     再点击确定后提示：STEP 7 has found a problem with the Automation License Manager. The application is closing. Please reinstall the Automation License Manager.
      打开“Automation License Manager“提示：The "Automation License Manager Service" has not been started!Please start the Service.
解决方案：

在计算机的“控制面板>管理工具>服务"里，将 Automation License Manager的启动类型改为自动，并启动它。
