The CNC mini series of Proto is designed for systems where the cost performance must be optimized and the panel of operation can be simplified. Your software to control the movement is able to command up to 8 axes interpoláveis of each other in a linear fashion, travel or via polynomial equations such as "spline". It has two channels for analogue lines, two entries to measure position as "encoder" and digital interface to view 8 inputs and 8 outputs act optically isolated. Connecting to network with other modules in the family Proto, the CNC mini is an excellent option to run machines that do not require a panel of sophisticated operation.

Panel + Dedicated Communication Network Ethernet



Pro Mini uses a 32-bit CPU and can be expanded to work in parallel with an Ethernet module for communication, which ensures excellent condition of control, while expanding the scope of the panel operation and remote access.

The liquid crystal display and keyboard enable a dedicated operation more flexible and comfortable.
Both the Ethernet network as the network CAN represent a major breakthrough in terms of timing and control of intelligent modules on the machine. These modules operate in an integrated manner, reducing the wiring and expanding its capacity to control. The connection to the machine‘s local network company expands the possibilities for remote access system. These factors can make a big difference in the final cost of the machine.

The local network connection in TCP / IP and remote communication via the Internet are optional. The communication network allows monitoring in the process while the connection via the Internet allows better access to information for maintenance. Computers to access and control unit processes can be easily connected to the Proto Mini route network.
