3. PLC与SCADA无法连接, 现象是:

如何在STEP7里进行诊断；是不是要自己编FB125,再下载到PLC来进行诊断?

如何检查OPC的设置? 是在上位机上的吗?

1。 你看看你的443和你电脑的IP设置；换根网线实验一下；拼不通怎么可能采集到数据呢。
2。 是在电脑上检查OPC。

在STEP7里进行诊断,不要自己编FB125,看模块信息即可。

是否可判定是因为此28号站（阀门电动执行机构）出现故障而引至整个DP网络出现问题?

因为S7-400有中断字，所以一个站坏不会导致整个系统崩溃。
你把28号站的DP接头剪掉重接。看能否查看IM153，不行就插拔几次。
