我是按照书上写的去安装WinCC6.0，系统是XP，我先安装的消息队列，之后安装SQL Server 2000，但是每次点了install SQL Server 2000之后，进度条到100%就弹出提示，
提示内容如下：Installing software failed
           A previous program installation created pending file operations on the installation machine。  Setup will cancel now。
                     确定

我是硬盘安装，尝试了系统重装，机器重启等，都不行啊，我该怎么办呢？
