111：spindle overload
The overload relay of spindle drive motor is tripped
(bit 6 of Ec input #8 is 0)
check if the programed cutting process has been conducted
in overloaded condition.
1:overloaded cutting
2:Filter OF spindle motor cooling fan motor is clogged.
