电力变压器交货前,要做"routine test"和"type test"，请问分别是什么意思？
其中，routine test有：tests on on-load tap-changers, measurement of no-load loss and current, measurement of short-circuit impedance and load loss等等．

从字面上的理解是:
routine test: 常规测试
type test: 型号测试
tests on on-load tap-changers, measurement of no-load loss and current, measurement of short-circuit impedance and load loss: 带负载充电测试, 空载电流测试, 短路阻抗测试
