Under normal conditions, the invert size dimensioning parameters have to be set only once, and this is done at the manufacturing pant prior to delivery. However, the parameter must be re-defined after a replacement RMIO-01/-02 board has been installed. The parameters are not intended to be changed by the user, and they are not deal with in the ACS 800 Firmware Manual in order to gain access to Parameter Group 112, code 564 must be entered at Parameter 16.3 (PASS CODE). (See the ACS 800 Firmware Manual for details on how to modify parameter values.)
Do not alter any other parameter values. Altering the wrong parameters, or entering the wrong values for these parameter, voids the warranty, The value in the table must be rounded if necessary.
IMPORTANT! When using parameter 112.06 for reconfigured a unit size to an other size.
A board already configured for a unit size must always be reconfigured via the selection xxNONE. For example when transferring the RMIO-01 from an 0020-03 unit to an 0040-05 unit, the procedure is as follows:
1) Access parameter 99.03 and set the value YES (Factory settings become effective)
2) Access parameter 112.06 as described above. Set value to xxNONE.
3) Switch power off and then on again.
4) Access parameter 112.06. Set value sr0040_05.
5) Switch power off and then on again.

是的,以前我也做过不少就没遇见过这种情况.条件为双电机传动轴直接采用法兰连接至一传动轴以驱动机械设备。 电机型号一样 , 功率为600KW。采用的是ABB ACS800型变频器，目前遇见现象为双电机（A电机为主电机模式）在正转(以A电机的方向为标准)时双电机扭矩和电流分布均匀，比较正常。但是反转时当速度达到在变频器里面参数所设置限制的80%-100%时出现所有的扭矩全部偏向于主电机A，出现电机不同步现象。若负荷过大时将造成主电机A电流过大。
切换用户宏改变主电机模式（B电机为主电机模式）在正转(以A电机的方向为标准)时双电机扭矩和电流分布均匀，比较正常。但是反转时当速度达到在变频器里面参数所设置限制的80%-100%时出现所有的扭矩全部偏向于主电机B，出现电机不同步现象。若负荷过大时同样将造成主电机B电流过大。
参数设置70. 7， 70.08， 70.10, 70.17， 70.18 , 70.11设置为201。经检查均无错误，并更换新RDCU板后还是同样现象，同时检查编码器反馈以及更换新编码器也未发现问题，或者去调从电机编码器后试车还是同样现象，软件为ACS 800 1740-7NR AMXR7130。 试车时监控主机2.10和从机2.08， 2.20扭矩百分数都是一样的。但是从机就是跟不上来。
