1. Quotations on projects, study customer’s specification and select the appropriate product for quotation 
2. Application tools management
3. Application design management on new products, documentation preparing and customer’s approval then pass to system design engineer 
4. Orders follow up and customer change request follow up
5. Product expert and new concept introduction
6. System preliminary design and work together with system design engineer to complete system design and verification of the product (customer specification, manufacturing guidelines and cost targets) is paramount in this position.
7. Follow up the project and product cost control, 
8. Customer and production documentations preparing and approval
Education Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical and/or electrical or electronic engineering, 
2. Specific Knowledge in Power electronics designing, including topologies - choppers, inverters, controlled rectifiers, battery chargers, PFC circuits -, PCB layout (preferably on ‘PADS’), EMI filter design.
3. International standards such as UL, CE, IEC, CCC,etc
4. Business Understanding: Company practices, objectives and processes. Time management, cost of quality and product and team facilitation.
5. The candidate can use engineering software such as AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks, Solid Edge, CATIA, Ruplan, ME10, etc
6. Oral and writing English is a must, the position need communicate with the abroad specialist frequently.
