Duties for the candidate:
· Installation and start up of highly automated production & testing equipment
· Support of German specialists during machine commissioning
· troubleshooting, maintenance and repair on new and existing machines
· training of customer personnel
Requirements of the candidate:
· Degree in electrical / electronics;
· strong electrical / electronics knowledge with at least 5 years experience with custom automated equipment;
· electrical design ability is an added advantage as well as knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics;
· proven experience with SIEMENS technology, PLC SIEMENS S7 is a must;
· thorough knowledge of Step 7, ProTool software, configuration, start up and troubleshooting of servo drives (SEW, SIG);
· knowledge of bus systems programming and configuration is an added advantage;
· good English language skills, fluent in Chinese-Mandarin is mandatory;
· employment experience with foreign corporations is an added advantage;
· able to communicate with all customers and all levels of staff;
· able to work independently;
· willingness for a product training in Germany is mandatory
· based in Shanghai, with service jobs throughout China
