Echelon Acquires ARIGO Software GmbH

Echelon Corporation (NASDAQ: ELON) today announced its acquisition for cash of the privately-held ARIGO Software GmbH, a Beckum, Germany-based developer of LONWORKS?hardware and software products. Founded in 1996, ARIGO specializes in LONWORKS power line devices, gateways, and Web-enabled connectivity products.
