目前来讲, 具体是电动机的选择/控制(在带动小老鼠后腿,以膝盖为轴,来回大约40度到80度左右). 比如, 在两个小时中, 先快均速半小时, 再慢匀速半小时, 接着加速半小时,最后减速半小时.

Background:
Motion-based therapies have been applied to promote healing of arthritic joints(风湿). The goal of the study is to determine the early molecular(分子) events that are responsible for the benificial actions of motion-based therapies on meniscal fibrocartilage (半月板胶原纤维).

Requirements:
1. Close-loop control for 1). motion speed; 2). motion angle
闭环对速度和膝盖角度的调整
2. frequency between 1/80 Hz to 0.5 Hz
转速较慢
3. CPM for 24 hours or 24*7 hours
Rat size ( approximation )
长约5-7厘米, 后腿长约3-4厘米
要求测量评估的精度越高越好, 该用什么样的电机合适啊?不考虑成本的情况下. 大家支招!
