（1） PLC  I/O指示灯不亮   MS指示灯红灯闪烁

（2） PLC软件打不开（已经重装过），打开软件时出现以下提示，请各位大神高手给解决以下

Failed to initialize RSLogix5000 services.

Class not registered

(Unable to create an ISentinelClient - Make sure the Security Server client is installed.)
