楼主介绍的情况不是很清楚,简单分析下:
变频器自身的报闸信号 是由速度控制的 在67.06控制的 超过此速度报闸通电打开
在手柄零速时能关闭 可能是速度降到此速度以下 报闸断电关闭,或者是由于下落中故障引起的报闸断电关闭
在行车应用时一般故障信号和变频器前端的接触器是关联的,也就是故障时为了保证安全 变频断电强制报闸断电关闭
再重新上电的话 变频器相当于故障复位,是看不到故障的,请查阅故障记录看是否有可疑的故障记录
如果上升命令无法阻止溜车的话 请监控3个档位对应的DI状态值,必要的话请先更换3个档位对应的继电器
一周出现一次的话 呵呵 软故障 一个个排除吧 没有什么更好的办法
溜钩情况,还是需要检查下参数设定,比如变频器的应用宏设定不对?提升机是选择:CRANE 和
