现需要在海外一个公园建一座游艺观光塔，具体描述为：
This sky tower goes around 110 meter high equal to 34 storey building height approx. carrying 72 persons in a circular shaped lift called gandola surrounded by transparent glass for view. This lift rotates at its axis slowly around tower in the center and goes up and down. Ride time is 6 minutes.
