[b]Position Summary/职位简介[/b]
负责生产设备,公共设施和非生产等设备机械方面的维修和保养的管理工作.Management production equipment, utility and non- production equipment repair and maintenance on mechanical 


[b]Main Responsibilities/工作职责[/b]
-指导和组织日常维修工作.Guide and organization daily repair working. 

-建立并完善修理和维护性保养计划,并组织实施.Set up and upgrading repair and prevenient maintenance plan. Lead   repairman implement it.

-每月统计,分析设备的停机率.组织对故障频率高的设备或部件进行原因分析和技术改造,以提高设备的产能.Collection and analysis critical equipment machine downtime data, implement equipment improvement project for increase output.

-对维修工进行维修技能的培训.Training the repairmen on repair skill.

-管理维修工的出勤及加班. Management repairmen’s shift and overtime

-对维修工进行定期的技能及绩效考评.Performance appraise for repairmen on skill and working attitude interval. 

-组织对新设备的安装,调试和验证等的工作.Implement new equipment installation, adjustment and qualification.

-搞好设备固定资产的统计和管理工作.Management fix asset. 

-搞好设备的文件及相关的使用说明书的管理工作.Management the equipment document and specification. 

-搞好设备的备件的管理工作.Management spare parts.


[b]Qualification & Experience/职位要求[/b]
-在外资企业或工程领域至少5年以上的相关工作经验,在化妆品行业有二年以上工作经历.Plenty of working experience on multi-enterprise at least 5 years and working experience on cosmetic manufacture at least 2 years on mechanical.

-良好的语言表达能力和沟通能力 Good statement and communication skill 
          
-个性积极，愿意承受压力.敢于克服困难.Motivate and withstand higher working pressure. Overcome difficult. 

-具有较强的领导力,搞好团队工作.Leadership and team building skill.

-年龄在32-42岁. Age from 32-42


[b]Education & Language/学历及语言要求[/b]
-大学或大学以上学历毕业的机械工程师.Bachelor or over bachelor of mechanical engineer.

-良好的电脑应用能力.包括能熟练使用办公自动化,AUTOCAD等软件.Good PC skill on AUTO Office or AutoCAD 

-良好的英语听,读,讲和写的能力.Good communication skill in English (Written, read and verbal)
