Programming and simulation software for the mechatronic systems
The SL programming system MSM supports the training in
the sector Mechatronics, automation engineeringand control
engineering.
In the training, it serves to use a control and simulation
software with which it is possible to reproduce the flexible
automation systems at the PC, to examine and to optimise.
Simple working models, technology stations or complex
plants for the sectors transport, manufacturing and assembly
can be almost realistically created.
The dynamic process simulation imparts knowledge in clear
form for the static and dynamic behavior of all at the process
took part components
The simulation result supplies important statements to the
PLC program stability, to interference resistance and for the
optimal control sequence of a plant. The won data in this
way, assembly circuits, wiring diagrams or programs for
robots and programmable controllers can be used directly
for the available hardware components.
In order to satisfy the different requirement profiles, three
stages of extension are available:
SL-Programming system MSM2100
This software represents the basic level and makes it
possible to arrange didactically suitable tasks of
automation in different levels.
SL-Programming system MSM2101
The performance characteristics of the SL programming
system MSM2100 are among other things extended by
flexible manufacturing of systems and robotics
(integration of neutral buckling-arm robot, swivel arm
robot and portal robot systems)
SL-Programming system MSM2102
The performance characteristics of the two programming
of systems MSM2101 and MSM2102 are almost
identical. The programming system MSM2102 is used,
where already one or more material robots are in use.
Instead of the neutral robot integrated MSM2101, a
real robot is integrated in the programming system
MSM2102, which behaves in its geometry, kinetics and
language syntax almost identically to the real robot.
The SL-programming systems MSM2100, MSM2101 und
MSM2102 can be extended by the following software Options:
- SL-Programming system SL-BDE/BDA
Production data acquisition and evaluation
- SL-Programming system SL-IFO&n
