电源、通讯板等原因早已排除。OB122，OB8X空块下去也未能如书上说的能屏蔽STOP状态。OB8X不编处理程序看来是不行的。可能还有其他死机原因，在I/O访问引起死机前，有几次引起过STOP要求，故障信息为 Z（）开头，看不懂：（。其实，我已咨询过SIEMENS国内技术支持，他们也没令人信服的解释和办法。也许德国SIEMENS有办法，哈哈

看看plc的故障缓冲里面的消息提示说什么

将模拟量板的故障诊断配置全部设为打开，再下载相关OB块后死机基本消除。OB8X块中应加有关故障及是否停机的处理程序及SFC44对丢失的PI/Q进行替代值，以免引起工艺参数检测和闭环控制输出的错误。但有两通道故障红灯一直不能复位，可能由于外部干扰或配线接地不正确引起。

有可能是硬件故障，以前遇到过类似情况！根据模板手册将SM331接线。不用的通道尽量短接，防止干扰。模拟量正负不要弄错。

我的经验是因为温度偏高引起，我曾经遇到过这种情况，在附近装一个散热风扇就好了

好象树控机床也有这个问题，我设计调试802D（内集成S7PLC）时用时一月余，常出现的，大约每一月左右会死机一次，里面的数据可能会丢失，只得用PCIN或FLASHROM重载一回，抗干扰能力需要提高，交付客户后问题仍然，西门子公司更换过依旧，后专程到北京A&D部交流，反映都存在类似，但总体说系统稳定性不错

“频繁切换M103/0”是定性描述， 应进行定量测试，就知是否网络负荷的问题 在WINCC上做个元件让M103/3方波输出 由5秒到1毫秒可选

看看扫描时间是不是大于150ms,程序里是否有指针循环,循环是否有问题

s5-115u 电源损坏更换后 ，电源正常了。但是主板老指示在ST位置，即使开关在RUN位置也不变。请问是什么原因
