电机设计

 Lead a team of process engineers to develop manufacturing process, machine, equipment and fixture to support for new product development according to project timelines and management targets.

- Ensure the product design is Design for Assembly (DFA) and proven with experimental study during the design stage.

- Lead engineering process validation and set up new production line to support new product launch and mass production. 

- Set process specification and manufacturing standard to implement in mass production for production quality control. 

- Drive for process capacity improvement to reduce the in process defective rate to meet for company quality targets. 

- Research and purchase new manufacturing technology work in collaboration with engineering department to support for company new product and technology roadmap.

- Implement the transition of new technology to make sure production continues successfully without any hassles. 

- Conduct training and provide technical assistance for production engineer during pilot run and mass production stages. 

- Coach and develop junior engineers and technicians. 

- Prepare and update the process engineering documents such as process-flow chart, QFD, PFMEA, process control plan, work instruction and etc.

任职资格：

- Degree in Engineering or related discipline, preferably in mechanical or manufacturing or electrical engineering. 

- Min 10 years hands on working experiences in process design / improvement, manufacturing process or quality control in a high speed mfg environment, prefer with 2 or 3 years of supervisory experiences. 

- Good at machine and fixture design and automation production.

- Good at problem solving skill through using systematic approach and design of experiment method. 

- Strong knowledge and experiences in automotive quality systems and lean manufacturing concepts such as TS16949, 3P, Genba Kaizen, One-piece flow and etc.

- Strong knowledge and experience in quality and process improvement tools such as FMEA, DOE, SPC, 5 Why analysis, 7 QC tools and etc. 

- Achievement-oriented attitude with high sense of crisis. Strong leadership, team-building and communication skill. Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and independent.

电机设计

1.  Product development regarding PMDC motor for Engine Air Applications. 

2.  Work as team leader for coaching the junior staffs 

3.  Support for customer situation and production improvement 

4.  Support VAVE program, follow TS16949 procedures, APQP, FMEA, QFD and productizing 

5.  Work  closely  with  project  management  team  to optimize lead  time  of  the  validation  and 

implementation.   

6.  Follow up testing or validation in lab for design validation.  

7.  Communicate with the internal and external parties to facilitate the project development.

任职资格：

1.  Bachelor degree or above with the major of mechanical or electrical. 

2.  More than 8 years mechanical design experiences in Motor or motor related industry 

3.  General  knowledge  of  quality  and  process  improvement  tools  such  as  FMEA,  DOE,  SPC,  6 

WHY, 7QC tools, etc. 

4.  Good problem solving skill and execution with limited time and resources. 

5.  Good interpersonal skills 

6.  Can command oral English
