计算机使用Simatic Field PG，CP5611，windows 2000 sp4,winlc版本为3.0，硬件组态PC STATION并插入winlc v3.0，无网络组态，编译并保存后，PG/PC interface设置S7ONLINE--PC internal（local），但无法下载程序到winlc中，出现信息：ONLINE：Connection could not be estalbished.The connection partner is not responding.PG/PC interface设置WinLC_0--PC internal（local），也不能下载程序。请赐教
