(5), Start-up and stop the instrument

仪表的投运和停止运行 1.Start-up instrument 仪表的投运  step 1:open 1#  valve 第一步:打开1#阀  step 2: open 2#valve 第二步:打开2#阀 step 3: open 3# valve 第三步:打开3#阀 step 4. open 4# valve 第四步:打开4#阀 Note:make sure the upper edge of the floating body must above the red bar on the plexiglass body 保证CCA250流量元件里的针阀浮到红线以上. 5#valve used to sampling 5#阀用于采样   2.Stop the instrument 仪表的停止 close all the valve of picture 1.1 when the input water is stoped. 如果进水停止的话,关闭图1.1所有的阀门 (6).CCA250-A Maximum pressure (最大工作压力) CCS141  1Bar PH          0.6Bar Maximum operating temperature:45oc (最大工作温度) Minimum flow rate : 30 l/h –120l/h (最小流量) 30 l/h –120l/h The construction of the CCA250 assembly assures that the sensors remain wet even in the event of an interruption in medium flow CCA250 流量组件保证了在流量中断的情况下,传感器探头保持湿润 Installatioin : The flow assembly CCA250 must be installed upright. Vent the CCA250 flow assembly by unscrewing screw 13( at the time of start-up) Detail information please see manual详图见说明书. CCS141-N chlorinate measuring cell with integrated temperature sensor An NTC temperature sensor is embedded in  the lower third of the shaft, this allows an automatic compensation of the temperature dependence of the measuring signal and additionally an indication of the measured water temperature CCN141-N余氯测量探头有集成的温度传感器.此温度传感器用于补偿作用.  
CAL Key When the CAL is pressed, the instrument prompts for the calibration access code:
  • Code 22 for calibration
  • Code 0 or any other code for calibration data checking
Press the CAL key to acknowledge the calibration data or to proceed within the calibration menu.
E Key When you press the enter key ,the device first prompts you for the setup access code:
  • Code 22 for setup and configuration
  • Code 0 or any other code for reading all configuration data
The ENTER key has several functions:        Call up the setup menu from the measuring mode         Saves(confirm) data entered in the setup mode Moving on within the function groups
PULS and MENUS the PLUS and MINUS keys have the following functions:
  • Selection of function groups
  • Configuration of parameters and numerical values
  • Operation of the relay in manual mode
In the measuring mode, you get the following sequence of functions by repeatedly pressing the PLUS key: 1.      Temperature

关于PH补偿的的问题,想请教?QQ253247252  你是用自动补偿吗?

一般仪表都有PH补偿的，也就是有个余氯检测探头和PH检测探头，在组态设定的时候可以选择PH补偿。具体可以参见说明书。

在我写的文件里也说明了可以进行自动补偿

大虾,小虾想问一下那个电解液是做什么用的?

电解液时用来补充给电极用的。在仪表来的时候。电极周围是有电解液的，使用时，电解液会有损耗的。要及时补充电解液以保证测量的正常。
