ALL DC operated equipment shall be suitable for operation over the following ranges of the nominal value:
Shunt Closing Release 85% to 110%
Shunt Opening Release 70% to 110%

请问电工熟练人士，以上说了什么意思，重点是“Shunt Closing Release”和“Shunt Opening Release”我不明白。
